Follow this simple checklist to know exactly what to expect when returning an item bought from finediamondcenter.com.
1. Confirm Eligibility (14‑Day Limit)
Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and tag‑intact.
2. Arrange Your Own Shipping
Return postage is paid by the buyer.
Choose a tracked service and keep the tracking receipt—you are responsible until we sign for the parcel.

4. How to Start a Return
Email [email protected] with your order ID before the 14‑day window expires.
We’ll send you the warehouse address and packing guidelines within 1 business day.
Ship the item back and reply with the tracking link.
We inspect the parcel and trigger the refund as per Section 3.
5. Returns We Cannot Accept
Requests filed after the 14‑day period.
Items that show wear, washing, stains, damage, or missing parts.
Custom products or items labelled Final Sale / Non‑Returnable.
